       (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 173 - 174
    4  and insert:
    5  minor child of the deceased patient; the attorney for the
    6  patient’s surviving spouse, parent, or adult child; or the
    7  attorney for the parent or guardian of a surviving minor child.
