       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Wilson)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1259 - 1274
    4  and insert:
    5         (9) Notwithstanding subsection (2), for the 2009-2010
    6  fiscal year, if the revenue from 1.5 mills is insufficient to
    7  meet the payments due under a lease-purchase agreement entered
    8  into before June 30, 2009, by a district school board pursuant
    9  to paragraph (2)(e), or to meet other critical district fixed
   10  capital outlay needs, the board, in addition to the 1.5 mills,
   11  may levy up to 0.25 mills for fixed capital outlay to meet other
   12  critical district fixed capital outlay needs in addition to the
   13  discretionary mills for operations as provided in the General
   14  Appropriations Act for the 2009-2010 fiscal year. Millage levied
   15  pursuant to this subsection is subject to the provisions of s.
   16  200.065.
