       The Committee on General Government Appropriations (Baker)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 133 and 134
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. The amendments to s. 212.20(6), Florida
    6  Statutes, made by this act shall expire July 1, 2014, and the
    7  text of that subsection shall revert to that in existence on
    8  June 30, 2009, except that any amendments to such text enacted
    9  other than by this act shall be preserved and continue to
   10  operate to the extent that such amendments are not dependent
   11  upon the portions of such text which expire pursuant to this
   12  section.

   16         Delete line 7
   17  and insert:
   18         Fund; providing for future expiration of such
   19         provisions; providing an effective date.
