       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Crist)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1986
    4  and insert:
    5  provisions of s. 322.21.
    6  
    7  A private entity providing services licensed under this section
    8  may not provide supervision services listed in s. 948.15.

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 128 - 129
   13  and insert:
   14         amending s. 322.29, F.S.; conforming provisions to
   15         changes made by the act; prohibiting certain private
   16         entities from providing supervision services of
   17         certain offenders; amending s. 322.293, F.S.;
   18         conforming provisions to changes made by the act;
   19         providing
