       The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
       Appropriations (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 1664
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 46. Paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section
    6  321.23, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         321.23 Public records; fees for copies; destruction of
    8  obsolete records; photographing records; effect as evidence.—
    9         (2) Fees for copies of public records shall be charged and
   10  collected as follows:
   11         (a) For a crash report, a copy.....................$10 $2
