       The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
       Appropriations (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 360 - 363
    4  and insert:
    5  substantial history of community service in the performing or
    6  visual arts, which includes, but is not limited to, theatre,
    7  dance, folk arts, music, architecture, photography, and
    8  literature, and media arts, or in the areas of science, history,
    9  or children. In addition,
