    2         A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the State
    3         Constitution.

    5  Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    6         
    7         That the following amendment to the State Constitution is
    8  agreed to and shall be submitted to the electors of this state
    9  for approval or rejection at the next general election or at an
   10  earlier special election specifically authorized by law for that
   11  purpose:
