       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Baker)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 817
    4  and insert:
    5  buildup factor pursuant to s. 215.555(5)(b), plus the actual
    6  additional reimbursement premiums for mandatory coverage limits,
    7  net of the cash build up factor, paid to the fund as compared to
    8  the previous contract year due to an increase in mandatory rates
    9  as a result of the application of s. 215.555(5)(b); and
