       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Baker)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3  
    4         Delete lines 226 - 229
    5  and insert:
    6  fund’s estimated borrowing capacity, the fund’s estimated
    7  claims-paying capacity, and the projected balance of the fund as
    8  of December 31. After the end of each calendar year, the board
    9  shall notify insurers of the estimated borrowing capacity,
   10  estimated claims-paying capacity, and the balance of the fund as
   11  of December 31 to

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete lines 16 - 19
   16  and insert:
   17  optional coverage to insurers; requiring the State Board of
   18  Administration to publish a statement of the estimated claims
