       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 596 - 597
    4  and insert:
    5         contract terms commencing June 1, 2007, June 1, 2008, and
    6  June 1, 2009, June 1, 2010, January 1, 2011, January 1, 2012,
    7  and January 1, 2013, the program created by this subsection
    8  shall increase

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete line 31
   13  and insert:
   14         increased coverage limit premiums; providing dates on
   15         which the claims-paying capacity of the fund will
   16         increase; deleting authority
