       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1568 - 1571
    4  and insert:
    5         4.a. Must require that the corporation operate subject to
    6  the supervision and approval of a board of governors consisting
    7  of nine eight individuals who are residents of this state, from
    8  different geographical areas of this state. The insurance
    9  consumer advocate appointed under 627.613 or the insurance
   10  consumer advocate’s designee shall be a member of the board. The

   15         Delete line 60
   16  and insert:
   17         to the prospective purchaser of the property; revising
