       Senator Aronberg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 830 and 831
    4  insert:
    5         (54) Each entity that contracts with the agency to provide
    6  health care services to Medicaid recipients under s. 409.91211
    7  shall post a direct link to its current preferred drug list for
    8  Medicaid enrollees in the upper right-hand corner of the
    9  homepage on its Internet website. Each entity that performs
   10  Medicaid choice counseling pursuant to s. 409.91211(3) shall
   11  also create a direct hyperlink on the home page of its Internet
   12  website to preferred drug lists posted on the providers’
   13  Internet websites.

   16         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   17         Delete lines 716 - 717
   18  and insert:
   19         Section 12. Subsection (14) of section 409.912, Florida
   20  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (54) is added to that
   21  section, to read:

   24         And the title is amended as follows:
   25         Delete line 53
   26  and insert:
   27         the overutilization of Medicaid services; requiring
   28         entities that contract with the agency to provide
   29         health care services to Medicaid recipients to post a
   30         website link to their preferred current drug lists on
   31         their websites; requiring entities that perform choice
   32         counseling to provide a website link to preferred drug
   33         lists; amending s.
