       Senator Peaden moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 689
    4  and insert:
    5  home for independent living. For purposes of this subparagraph,
    6  the agency may, on a case-by-case basis, provide an exception
    7  for medically fragile children who are younger than 21 years of
    8  age.
