       following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (395228) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 153 - 164
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         (c) A facility regulated by the Department of Business and
    7  Professional Regulation;
    8         (d) A facility that is used to breed, raise, or train a
    9  greyhound, registered with the National Greyhound Association,
   10  for racing at a pari-mutuel facility;
   11         (e) A veterinary facility;
   12         (f) A research institution; or
   13         (g) A boarding facility.
