    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to mortgage assistance; expressing the
    3         legislative intent to provide a mortgage assistance
    4         loan program for homesteaded properties; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise or create laws
   10  relating to a mortgage assistance loan program for homesteaded
   11  properties.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
