    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the assessment of taxes or fees;
    3         expressing the legislative intent to amend or create
    4         laws related to the assessment of taxes or fees;
    5         providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to amend or create laws
   10  related to the assessment of taxes or fees.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
