    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to public records and meetings;
    3         expressing the legislative intent to create an
    4         exemption from public-records and public-meetings
    5         requirements; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to create an exemption
   10  from public-records and public-meetings requirements.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
