       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 111 and 112
    4  insert:
    5         (4) Notwithstanding s. 627.4133, an insurer issuing a
    6  policy under this section shall provide the named insured
    7  written notice of nonrenewal, cancellation, or termination at
    8  least 180 days before the effective date of the nonrenewal,
    9  cancellation, or termination.
