       Senator Ring moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 51 - 67
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) The insurer shall place its reinsurance only with
    6  reinsurers that have been given a financial strength rating of
    7  “A” or better by the A.M. Best Company or have been given a
    8  comparable rating by another rating agency which is generally
    9  considered accurate or acceptable.
