       The Committee on Community Affairs (Altman) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 233
    4  and insert:
    5         (5) An affirmative vote of six five members of
    6

    8         And the title is amended as follows:
    9         Delete lines 8 - 15
   10  and insert:
   11  state land being sold by the Board of Trustees of the Internal
   12  Improvement Trust Fund; amending s. 259.035, F.S.; increasing
   13  the maximum number of terms of appointed members of the
   14  Acquisition and Restoration Council; clarifying that vacancies
   15  in the unexpired term of appointed members shall be filled in
   16  the same manner as the original appointment; requiring an
   17  affirmative vote of six members of the council for certain
   18  decisions;
