       Senator Constantine moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (499144) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 101 - 106
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 28. For the fiscal year 2009-2010 the amount of
    6  $1,050,000 shall be transferred from the Inland Protection Trust
    7  Fund created under s. 376.3071, to the General Revenue Fund.
