       recommended the following:

    3         Delete lines 652 - 655
    4  and insert:
    5  of competency. The task force shall include individuals who are
    6  receiving or who formerly received services in the juvenile
    7  justice system and who engage in advocacy activities, members of
    8  the judicial branch, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the
    9  Department of Children and Family Services, the Agency for
   10  Persons with Disabilities, providers of services for community
   11  mental health and developmental disabilities, and advocacy
   12  organizations for mental health and developmental disabilities
