       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Altman)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 132 - 137
    4  and insert:
    5         (2) Land that qualifies for the exemption provided in this
    6  section and whose allowed commercial purposes include
    7  agriculture must comply with the most recent best-management
    8  practices if adopted by rule by the Department of Agriculture
    9  and Consumer Services.
