       The Committee on Higher Education (Lynn) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (947124) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 5 - 123
    5  and insert:
    6         Section 1. The Board of Governors of the State University
    7  System shall establish a consortium of higher-education schools
    8  to determine the efficacy of entering into a mandatory student
    9  health care system, with the goal of cost-savings to the school
   10  and to the students.

   13         And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 130 - 149
   15  and insert:
   16                        A bill to be entitled                      
   17         An act relating to state university student health
   18         insurance; requiring the Board of Governors of the
   19         State University System to establish a consortium of
   20         higher-education schools to determine the efficacy of
   21         entering into a mandatory student health care system;
   22         providing an effective date.
