       Senator Aronberg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (278178) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 24
    5  and insert:
    6  counties having a qualified service provider. As used in this
    7  subsection, the term “qualified service provider” means an
    8  entity that provides medically accurate information and
    9  materials with reference sources for statements of a medical
   10  nature. Sources may include entities such as the Centers for
   11  Disease Control and Prevention, the American College of
   12  Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and peer-reviewed health
   13  science journals, such as the Journal of the American Medical
   14  Association.
