    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to public records; expressing the
    3         legislative intent to revise laws relating to a
    4         public-records exemption for educational records;
    5         providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   10  to a public-records exemption for educational records.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
