       Senator Aronberg moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (644696) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 33
    4  and insert:
    5  counties having a qualified service provider. As used in this
    6  subsection, the term “qualified service provider” means an
    7  entity that provides medically accurate information and
    8  materials with reference sources for statements of a medical
    9  nature. Sources may include entities such as the Centers for
   10  Disease Control and Prevention, the American College of
   11  Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and peer-reviewed health
   12  science journals such as the Journal of the American Medical
   13  Association.
