       Senator Altman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 325 - 334
    4  and insert:
    5  
    6         Section 6. Effective upon this act becoming a law, the
    7  Department of Revenue is authorized, and all conditions are
    8  deemed met, to adopt emergency rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1)
    9  and 120.54(4), Florida Statutes, to implement s. 201.02, Florida
   10  Statutes, as amended by section 4 of this act. Notwithstanding
   11  any other provision of law, such emergency rules shall remain
   12  effective for 6 months after the date of adoption and may be
   13  renewed during the pendency of procedures to adopt rules
   14  addressing the subject of the emergency rules.
