       Senator Gelber moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 704 - 708
    4  and insert:
    5  Section 12. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act
    6  and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
    7  becoming law, this act shall take effect on July 1, 2009, and
    8  the amendment to s. 201.02(1), Florida Statutes, made by this
    9  act, applies to transfers for which the first transfer to a
   10  conduit entity occurs after July 1, 2009.
