    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to implementation of changes to the
    3         State Constitution; expressing the legislative intent
    4         to revise laws implementing changes made to the State
    5         Constitution relating to the homestead exemption;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws
   11  implementing changes made to the State Constitution relating to
   12  the homestead exemption.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009.
