    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to implementation of changes to the
    3         State Constitution; expressing the legislative intent
    4         to revise laws relating to implementation of the
    5         changes made to the State Constitution by amendment 4
    6         as it relates to the taxation of conservation lands;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating
   12  to implementation of the changes made to the State Constitution
   13  by amendment 4 as it relates to the taxation of conservation
   14  lands.
   15         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
