    1                       Senate Joint Resolution                     
    2         A joint resolution expressing the legislative intent
    3         to propose an amendment to the State Constitution
    4         relating to property taxation.

    6  Be It Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         That the Legislature intends to propose an amendment to the
    9  State Constitution relating to property taxation which, if
   10  agreed to, shall be submitted to the electors of this state for
   11  approval or rejection at the next general election or at an
   12  earlier special election specifically authorized by law for that
   13  purpose.
