       The Committee on Transportation and Economic Development
       Appropriations (Storms) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 117 - 118
    4  and insert:
    5  plan adopted pursuant to s. 163.3245, a rural land stewardship
    6  area designated pursuant to subsection (11), or any
    7  comprehensive plan amendment that includes an inland port
    8  terminal or affiliated port development.
