    5         Section 37. (1) In order to implement Specific
    6  Appropriation 76 of the 2009-2010 General Appropriations Act,
    7  the following exceptions, exclusions, and exemptions from the
    8  taxes imposed in chapter 212, Florida Statutes, are not in force
    9  and effect for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010:
   10         (a) Hospital fitness charges under s. 212.02(1), Florida
   11  Statutes;
   12         (b) Per diem and mileage charges paid to owners of railroad
   13  cars under s. 212.02(10)(g), Florida Statutes;
   14         (c) Privilege, franchise, and other fees paid to do
   15  business at airports under s. 212.02(10)(j), Florida Statutes;
   16         (d) Fish breeding under s. 212.02(28) and (29), Florida
   17  Statutes;
   18         (e) Streets used by a utility for utility purposes under s.
   19  212.031(1)(a)5., Florida Statutes;
   20         (f) Cell phone towers and co-located equipment under s.
   21  212.031(1)(a)5., Florida Statutes;
   22         (g) Airport property used for landing, taxiing, or loading
   23  under s. 212.031(1)(a)7., Florida Statutes;
   24         (h) Wharfage guarantees under s. 212.031(1)(a)8., Florida
   25  Statutes;
   26         (i) Movie theater concession rent under s.
