    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (328652) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 328
    4  and insert:
    5  subdivisions of the state upon written agreement. State agencies
    6  purchasing pharmaceutical services shall purchase pharmaceutical
    7  services, including pharmaceutical repackaging and dispensing
    8  services in the most cost-effective manner consistent with the
    9  delivery of quality medical care. Nothing in this subsection
   10  prohibits state agencies from contracting with vendors to
