       Senator Haridopolos moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Delete lines 416 - 419
    5  and insert:
    6         presumptively valid. However, the price for any service
    7  that was treated as basic service before July 1, 2009, may not
    8  be increased by more than the amount allowed for basic service
    9  as provided in subsection (2).

   13         Delete lines 30 - 32
   14  and insert:
   15         to storm damage; providing that the price for any service
   16  that was treated as basic service before a specified date may
