       The Committee on Commerce (Gelber) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 477 - 486
    4  and insert:
    5         12. With respect to a proposed additional motor vehicle
    6  dealer, the past and reasonably foreseeable expected growth or
    7  decline in population, density of population, and new motor
    8  vehicle registrations in the community or territory of the
    9  proposed dealership for competing motor vehicles, and whether
   10  existing same line-make dealers will be unable to adjust their
   11  dealership operations to adequately deal with such changes.
   12         13. With respect to a proposed additional motor vehicle
   13  dealer, whether the licensee has provided marketing and
   14  advertising support of its line-make in the community or
   15  territory on a basis comparable to its interbrand competitors.
   16         14. With respect to a proposed additional motor vehicle
   17  dealer, whether the economic conditions reasonably forecasted
