       The Committee on Ethics and Elections (Joyner) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         After line 37
    4  insert:
    5  Section 2. The supervisor must meet the requirements of this act
    6  for any elector registered to vote on the effective date of this
    7  act no later than 30 days prior to the first election
    8  administered by the supervisor in which the elector is eligible
    9  to vote.

   16         Delete line 7
   17  and insert:
   18  registered voter; providing transitional language; providing an
   19  effective date.
