       The Committee on Education Pre-K - 12 (Wise) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (575226) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 431 - 432
    5  and insert:
    6  passing scores for the grade 10 FCAT. The State Board of
    7  Education may establish an incremental schedule for adjusting
    8  passing scores on state level assessments. Any such rules, which
    9

   11         And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 573 - 575
   13  and insert:
   14  cross reference; amending s. 1008.22, F.S.; allowing the State
   15  Board of Education to establish a schedule; conforming cross
