    3         Delete lines 348 - 352
    4  and insert:
    5         3. He or she has not, in any jurisdiction, civilian or
    6  military, been charged with, been convicted of, entered a plea
    7  of guilty or nolo contendere to, regardless of adjudication, or
    8  been found not guilty by reason of insanity, of any
    9  disqualifying felony under subsection (7) or any crime which
   10  includes the use or possession of a weapon or firearm.
