       (Lawson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  and insert:

    6         Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 2009, and
    7  applies to initial contracts and agreements, amendments to a
    8  contract or agreement, and extensions or renewals of a contract
    9  or agreement which are executed on or after that date.
