    2         A concurrent resolution reconfirming the appointment
    3         of Gary R. VanLandingham as Director of the Office of
    4         Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability.
    5  
    6         WHEREAS, the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee appointed
    7  Gary R. VanLandingham as Director of the Office of Program
    8  Policy Analysis and Government Accountability on January 24,
    9  2005, and
   10         WHEREAS, Joint Rule 4.1(7) of the Florida Legislature
   11  requires the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee to review the
   12  performance of the Director of the Office of Program Policy
   13  Analysis and Government Accountability every 4 years and report
   14  as to whether he or she should continue to serve as Director,
   15  and
   16         WHEREAS, on March 9, 2009, the Joint Legislative Auditing
   17  Committee recommended to the Legislature that Gary R.
   18  VanLandingham continue to serve in office as Director of the
   19  Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability,
   20  NOW, THEREFORE,

   22  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the House
   23  of Representatives Concurring:

   25         That the appointment of Gary R. VanLandingham as Director
   26  of the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government
   27  Accountability by the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee under
   28  Joint Rule 4.1(7) of the Florida Legislature is reconfirmed.
