    2         A concurrent resolution providing that the Senate and
    3         the House of Representatives convene in Joint Session
    4         for the purpose of receiving a message from retired
    5         Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor.

    7         WHEREAS, The Honorable Sandra Day O’Connor, retired Justice
    8  of the Supreme Court of the United States, has expressed a
    9  desire to address the Legislature in Joint Session, NOW,
   10  THEREFORE,

   12  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the House
   13  of Representatives Concurring:
   14  
   15         That the Senate and the House of Representatives convene in
   16  Joint Session in the chamber of the House of Representatives at
   17  11:00 a.m., April 7, 2009, for the purpose of receiving the
   18  message of The Honorable Sandra Day O’Connor, retired Justice of
   19  the Supreme Court of the United States.
