       Senator Constantine moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 754
    4  and insert:
    5  Department of Environmental Protection. The Department of
    6  Environmental Protection in cooperation with the Department of
    7  Health must develop a plan to implement the type II transfer and
    8  deliver the proposal to the Governor, the President of the
    9  Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by
   10  January 15, 2010.
