       Senators Bennett and Constantine moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 88 - 91
    4  and insert:
    5  addition, for counties that qualify as dense urban land areas
    6  under subsection (34), the nonrural area of a county which has
    7  adopted into the county charter a Rural Area designation or
    8  areas identified in the comprehensive plan as urban service
    9  areas or urban growth boundaries on or before July 1, 2009, are
   10  also
