       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (839199) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)
    3  
    4         Between lines 778 and 779
    5  insert:
    6         (7) Other than the exceptions listed in subsection (1),
    7  text amendments to the goals, objectives, or policies of the
    8  local government’s comprehensive plan may be adopted only once a
    9  year, unless the text amendment is directly related to, and
   10  applies only to, a future land use map amendment.

   13         And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 748 - 749
   15  and insert:
   16  section 163.3187, Florida Statutes, are amended, paragraph (q)
   17  is added to that subsection, and subsection (7) is added to that
   18  section, to read:

   21         And the title is amended as follows:
   22         Between lines 1260 and 1261
   23  insert:
   24  limiting text amendments to once a year;
