       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Fasano)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 350 - 353
    4  and insert:
    5  district.
    6  	6. Transportation concurrency exception areas designated
    7  under subparagraph 1., subparagraph 2., or subparagraph 3. do
    8  not apply in any county that has exempted more that 40 percent
    9  of the area inside the urban service area from transportation
   10  concurrency for the purpose of urban infill.
