       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 775 - 779
    4  and insert:
    5  government unless specifically provided by general law. Nothing
    6  in this section shall be construed to limit the ability of a
    7  county, municipality, airport, seaport, or other local
    8  government entity to adopt standards for security cameras in
    9  publicly operated facilities, including standards for private
   10  businesses operating within such public facilities pursuant to a
   11  lease or other contractual arrangement. This section does not
   12  apply to municipalities that adopted an ordinance or rule
   13  establishing standards for security cameras before February 1,
   14  2009.
