       The Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means (Fasano)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 775 - 779
    4  and insert:
    5  government unless provided by general law. Nothing in this
    6  section shall be construed to limit the ability of a county,
    7  municipality, airport, seaport, or other local government entity
    8  to adopt standards for security cameras in publicly operated
    9  facilities, including standards for private businesses operating
   10  within such public facilities pursuant to a lease or other
   11  contractual arrangement. This section does not apply to
   12  municipalities that adopted an ordinance or rule establishing
   13  standards for security cameras before February 1, 2009.
