       The Committee on Finance and Tax (Ring) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 32
    4  and insert:
    5  enterprise zone designated pursuant to this section. However,
    6  the state incentives identified in s. 290.007 are not available
    7  within the enterprise zone authorized by this section until July
    8  1, 2012.
